With the pace of modernization in China,the complexity of construction projects and technical difficulties are increasing.The EPC model is gradually becoming a popular model of project contract,which is more effective in implementing the requirements of resource allocation optimization and comprehensive benefit enhancement.The risks involved in implementation are also greater,broader and more complex.How to manage and control these risk factors effectively becomes the focus of the general contractor.In this paper,the EPC project is an example of the EPC project in the whole process of the total contracting project of EPC.First of all,this article through to the EPC general contracting the background,purpose and the status quo of study on risk management,the study of basic theory of risk management,in case of engineering,for example,the whole process of EPC general contracting project risk management research.In this paper,through the risk identification,the case project bidding stage,construction stage(design,construction and procurement)and risk factors for finishing touches to a comprehensive,systematic identification;Through the analysis of risk factors and the analytic hierarchy process,the evaluation of the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the identified risks is carried out.Addressing risk by selecting risk response strategies and developing risk response plans;By constructing the risk monitoring model based on "Internet +",based on "Internet +" risk management monitoring system,has carried on the omni-directional,the whole process,to project risk monitoring of all elements.This paper elaborates on the design risk,the construction schedule risk and the change risk.Through the comprehensive risk management,provides the EPC general contractor risk disposal timely and reliable support,help the contractor to make effective decisions,more effective risk management.
