Coal Worker Safety Quality Evaluation System Establishment And Application

The survey analyzes the relevant authoritative statistical data of the number of the major safety production accidents and deaths in China from 2010 to 2015.It shows that the form of safety production in our country is still grim,and the safety supervision and management still need to be strengthened.It also shows that “human” is the key factor of coal mine safety in production accidents.Improving the safety of workers is the fundamental measures to reduce and control the coal mine workers' unsafe behavior.1)Based on scientific and rational argumentation,the research determines the concept of coal mine worker safety and content of the framework,and clarifies the theoretical basis of establishing the safety quality system.It aims at the construction of the safety and quality evaluation system for the coal mine workers,and sets out the scientific and reasonable scope for the preparation of the safety quality evaluation questions.2)This paper establishes the evaluation index system of coal mine workers' safety quality.The system is mainly composed of four main dimensions: safety capability,safety knowledge,safety physiology and safety psychology,and 11 second-level indicators and 44 three-level specific indicators.Then it determines the weight of the main indicators by using the multivariate analytic hierarchy process.And it provides scientific and reasonable basis for the establishment of the safety and quality evaluation system of coal mine workers and the preparation of evaluation questions3)This paper has compiled 110 test questions which can be used for assessing and determining the safety and quality of coal mine workers.And it tests the reliability and validity of the safety and quality evaluation of the workers.The test results show that the preparation of the safety quality test questions with scientific rationality,and it can be used for coal mine safety and quality evaluation.The results of statistical analysis show that the key factor restricting the safety and quality of coal workers is the safety and safety of workers.4)In order to improve the safety and quality of coal mine workers,coal mine enterprises should adopt the measures to increase the safety of coal mine safety technology and improve the safety of workers,strengthen the safety publicity and education of coal mine workers,increase the staff safety knowledge reserves,enhance safety production consciousness,firmly establish safety production concept,build a reasonable and stable workforce,strengthen the communication and exchanges between coal enterprises.
