Application Research On Safety Evaluation Method Of Coking Unit

As the coking production and consumption country, widely in the chemical, pharmaceutical, steel and other industries in the application of coking products in China in recent years, the development of coking industry is very rapid, the production of which are characteristic of flammable and explosive chemicals is great danger. Therefore, it is necessary to study the safety evaluation for the characteristics of the industry. But the difference of coking production process, using a single evaluation method to evaluate the safety of coking production lack of comprehensiveness, the safety management of primary and secondary status cannot effectively reflect,therefore, the evaluation method of application system, scientific analysis and evaluation of the production system of coking, can be a rational analysis of risk source, hierarchical management measures, effective control of accidents,to improve the safety production management level of enterprises.In this paper, based on the theoretical analysis of safety evaluation, this paper studies the principles, basic contents, evaluation procedures and evaluation methods. Based on the comparison and analysis of the method, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward.Secondly, this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the safety of coking from four aspects of personnel, equipment, facilities, environment and safety management.Finally, according to the safety evaluation of Qian'an Coking Coal Chemical Co., ltd. And compared with the actual results, the conclusion is consistent with the actual situation of the enterprise, which verifies the applicability of the evaluation method in the safety evaluation of coking enterprises. In view of the problems found in the evaluation process, the paper puts forward the comprehensive counter measures.
