Study On Production Safety Risk Management Of Shanghai Qingpu

With the rapid development of our social economy,the problem of production safety has been increasingly prominent.The situation of production,safety has been much more grim.The production safety risk management has become the focus of attention of governments.The'government of Shanghai Qingpu also puts forward some relevant policy and supervision mechanism in production safety.Therefore,how to improve the government risk management of safety in production for enterprise?How to build a set of effective mechanism of production safety risk management?These has become the huge challenges which government and enterprises must be faced.In this paper,in combination with the practical situation of production safety management of Shanghai Qingpu,it takes in-depth research of risk management of production safety in Shanghai Qingpu.First of all,this article elaborates the research background,and puts forward the specific research questions.Secondly,this paper introduces the related theory and definition of risk management of production safety,and reviews the research of risk management of production safety at home and abroad.Again,from the overall arrangements and administration situation for risk management of production safety,it analysis risk management of production safety of Shanghai Qingpu in present situation.Then,it analyzes the problems existing in the town of production safety risk management of Shanghai Qingpu.Again,by using the methods of questionnaire,based on the risk identification of production safety risk of Shanghai Qingpu,this paper uses the AHP method with yaahp9.1 statistical analysis software,builds the production safety risk measurement model and measures the results of the production safety risk measurement.Finally,it controls the production safety risk from the perfect regulation departments,strengthening the construction of management team,intensify law enforcement,strengthening propaganda and education,etc.From the research results,the production safety risk management system of this paper provides a basis for the safe production management departments of government,,enterprises and other for the safe production management departments of government,enterprises and other stakeholders to provide a basis for the safe production management.This paper's conclusion has certain reference significance for production safety risk management of Shanghai Qingpu.At the same time,it has reference value for other governments manage production safety risk.
