Material processing,molding is always inseparable from the heat treatment,the same kind of metal,between different kinds of metal welding is also inseparable from the heating equipment,with the accelerator technology,feedthrough welding technology,the rapid development of their welding quality put forward more high demand,equipment can achieve high vacuum indicators,while the surface requirements of the weld smooth,so the heating welding equipment research is very meaningful.The current market,brazing,diffusion welding,hydrogen welding three welding methods,respectively,three different functions of the vacuum welding furnace to achieve,and the design of welding technology,tooling complex,the efficiency is relatively low,each device welding materials have limitations,Design and production costs are high,So for vacuum brazing,vacuum diffusion welding and hydrogen welding three kinds of welding technology of multi-functional automatic welding furnace design and research has a broad development prospects.In this paper,the vacuum welding equipment on the market for a simple investigation and analysis,in its research on the basis of re-equipment design and analysis.First of all,this article on the design of three in one vacuum welding equipment software Inventor,ANSYS made a brief introduction.Then,the three-dimensional model of the furnace was established by Inventor,the structural characteristics were analyzed,the selection of the key vacuum acquisition equipment,the research of the vacuum welding process and the stress calculation and verification of the key parts design.The results show that the structure and material selection of the furnace are reasonable.Second,in order to more intuitive understanding of the equipment stable operation,the furnace strength and heat transfer screen heat transfer situation,based on ANSYS furnace strength analysis and insulation screen in the case of heat radiation transmission temperature distribution.Further verify the rationality of equipment design.In addition,the PLC-based controller,carried out a three-in-one vacuum equipment control system structures,combined with the actual control system components were introduced,the principle of device selection,control system program to determine the use of hardware platform for the design of the vacuum unit part of the program was commissioned and the results showed that the three-in-one vacuum equipment was required to meet the requirements.Finally,the use of STEP7 on the vacuum unit part of the program to do online simulation and joint design of the monitoring screen to do a remote control simulation,the results also meet the system requirements.
