In recent years,the growing global demand for energy increases,the price of oil directly or indirectly affects the world's political and economic trends.With the land resources mining for a long time,coupled with the limited amount of energy,the world's major oil giants are turning to the sea,and vigorous exploitation of marine resources has been included in the long-term development strategies,in order to ensure national energy security strategic needs of offshore oil,major domestic oil companies make efforts to enhance the exploitation gradually.Thus,the marine engineering industry gets more and more attention,but China's marine engineering project management technology is relatively backward.Progress as one of the three objectives of the marine project management,ocean engineering project enterprises pay more attention on it.At present,China has vast market of subsea pipeline project and great prospects,but the project management technology is relatively backward,in the progress management,due to the interference of many uncertainties,most of the projects progresses are not effectively controlled,this phenomenon in the ocean engineering is particularly prominent.This paper is based on West to East Natural Gas Transmission Project Shenzhen to Hong Kong submarine pipeline project,combining theory and practice,using comparative analysis and literature research methods,combined with actual work,discussing the subsea pipeline project schedule management problems in detail,analyzing the effects of progress and looking for controllable ways.This paper uses PDCA cycle model of the process for effective implementation schedule control,combines PERT and critical path method,re-schedules the scientific progress plan based on the actual situation of the project.This paper sorts out the problem of submarine pipeline project schedule management,and proposes specific corrective measures to make undersea pipeline project management level promote gradually,improves the submarine pipeline project management rules and regulations step by step,for better guiding future work,has a certain significance on other similar pipeline project.
