Today in the 21 st century,the increasing deterioration of the ecological environment has become an indisputable fact,the survival and development of human beings are facing severe challenges.In recent years,with the increasing of air pollution,natural resources,land desertification and other ecological problems,people gradually realize the importance of environmental protection.With the guidance of Marx's view of ecology,the party has enriched and developed the theory of socialist ecological civilization.The 17 th Congress put forward the construction of socialist ecological civilization,The eighteenth Congress also clearly will enhance the socialist ecological civilization to a new height of "five in one" strategic layout,it marks the gradual improvement and systematization of the theory of ecological civilization,It is an important embodiment of the latest development of Marx's theory of China.It is not only the promotion and development of Marx's ecological view,but also a great measure to ensure the sustainable development of our country's economy and society.The dialectical unity of man and nature is emphasized in Marx's ecological view,The harmonious development of man and nature.all things in human beings and nature are not isolated from each other,but there are complex relations and interactions.The behavior of the human being to the nature of the blind,random,do not respect the laws of nature,is bound to undermine the overall balance of the ecological environment,the sustainable development of human society can't be talked about.The ecological view of Marx has experienced the process of enriching and developing in China,the construction of socialist ecological civilization is the sublimation of Marx's ecological theory.The construction of ecological environment is of great significance to the implementation of Scientific Outlook on Development and the promotion of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The construction of ecological environment is the inevitable requirement of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the important content of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the inevitable choice on the road of sustainable development.In this paper,based on the ecological view of Marx,taking the ecological environment construction of Jilin Province as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems in the construction of ecological environment in Jilin province: Environmental awareness is relatively backward,the degree of damage to natural resources is very serious,ecological pollution is becoming increasingly serious,the environmental protection system is not perfect,the reason lies in the lack of scientific theoretical guidance,the one-sided pursuit of short-term economic benefits,the lack of implementation of environmental protection policies in Jilin province.Finally,according to the principle of ecological environment construction in the view of Marx's ecological view,this paper analyzes the specific countermeasures of ecological environment construction in Jilin province: Through the development of recycling economy,priority to carry out ecological industries to enhance the proportion of the overall ecological economy;through the establishment of the concept of ecological culture,improve the public awareness of the people's livelihood to further improve the ecological style;through improving the relevant laws and regulations,optimizing the ecological compensation mechanism to further improve the ecological environment protection system.
