Zhang Jia Mao coal mine is a modern coal mine with an annual output of tens of millions of tons.After years of large-scale mining, the ventilation line islengthenedgreatly and the ventilation system becomes more complex.There is anobvious air leakage at the exploitation of the shallow buried coal seam surfaceand interlayer of multi seam combined mining.,Moreover, the environment of underground isaffected by trackless tyred vehicle exhaust,Therefore, the higher requirements are put forward to the mine ventilation system management, system reliability and air adjusting ability.Through field tests and theoretical analysis, there is a detailed study on the shallow mine external air leakage caus'ed by deep coal seam, especially for the influence of the collapse of mined out area caused by crack conduction of goaf and the surface after the gob on mine ventilation system.Based on the theory of mine ventilation, this paper analyzes the influence factors of air concentration on the ventilation system in the combined mining of multi coal seams from the field test data. The effects of vehicle exhaust on the ventilation system are studied by theanalysis of the extensive use of mine trackless diesel vehicle for auxiliary transportation On this basis, ventilation system was established based on the model accords with the actual,the mine ventilation simulation calculation software based on mine ventilation resistance determination on the related parameters of various influence factors for simplified simulation.Closed simulation is adopted on the existing mine ventilation system.Based on the theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of ventilation system. Through simulation calculation of various optimization scheme,evaluatethe advantages and disadvantages of various scheme, and then analysis the rationality and feasibility of various schemes, and finallyput forward reasonable optimization scheme, whichprovide a theoretical basis for the actual mine ventilation system optimization.The research of this paper has certain guiding significance to the optimization of mine ventilation system. |
