Ventilation system is an important guarantee of mine safety production.With the continuous mining activities,it is very important to optimize the mine ventilation system in time.The Xinfa mine belongs to the technical transformation mine.The underground ventilation network is complex,at present,the mining center is mainly 5 mining area in North.Due to the limitation of mine ventilation mode,the underground air volume can not be used reasonably,and the air volume regulation is difficult,which makes the North ventilation system face insufficient air volume,limited mining activities,and high negative pressure of the fan,resulting in the decrease of safety and stability of the ventilation system.Through the optimization of mine ventilation system,we try to solve the ventilation problem.This paper is based on the ventilation optimization project of Xinfa mine.By collecting the basic data of the mine,the paper understands the topography,structure,coal seam occurrence and other mining conditions of the mine,and analyzes the development and ventilation status of the mine.In order to obtain the real underground data,the method of resistance measurement is used to measure the underground ventilation parameters,according to the roadway development diagram and ventilation system diagram,combined with the measured data,the mine ventilation simulation model is established,through the error verification analysis,the accuracy of the model accord with the use requirements.Through the analysis of the measured parameters,it is found that there are some problems in the mine,such as unreasonable ventilation mode,combined operation of fans,high resistance of North ventilation system and high negative pressure of the fan.Combined with the theory and method of ventilation optimization,six ventilation optimization means are put forward in view of the existing problems in the mine.In the optimization,the methods of changing the ventilation mode,optimizing the ventilation network,expanding the ventilation section and optimizing the performance of the main fan are used,the optimization measures are solved by Ventsim software,from the results of the calculation,it can be seen that the six optimization schemes all solve the ventilation problems existing in the mine to varying degrees,so as to achieve the optimization purpose of the mine ventilation system.In order to determine the optimal ventilation method case,this paper uses AHP(analytic hierarchy process)to evaluate the scheme.From three aspects,10 evaluation factors are determined,ventilation optimization index system is established,and judgment matrix is constructed to calculate weight.The solution value of the evaluation factors in each optimization measure is summed up and the eigenvector is calculated.After calculation,the weight value of each optimization measure is obtained.The maximum weight value is the optimal scheme.Through the research of ventilation system optimization of new coal industry,it can be seen that the best result can be achieved by changing the ventilation mode of the mine(J1),the negative pressure of the fan can be reduced by 400 Pa,and the stability and safety of the ventilation system can be improved.According to the measured ventilation parameters and mine data,the established ventilation simulation model can truly and intuitively show the current situation of the mine,and the solution is convenient,the result is accurate,and can be used in the optimization and management of the mine for future.The index system constructed by AHP is suitable for ventilation optimization work in future.
