Endless rolling technology is one of the latest progress of tandem rolling equipment technology which is applied to the continuous rolling production of bar and wire.The endless multi-drive system is a mechanical and electrical control system with high order,nonlinear,strong coupling,time-varying.The entire system based on three-phase ac motor as the main executive body of billet movement,based on the communication of the bus,with frequency converter as control and amplification.The research content of this paper is in view of the ac drive system.According to the device configuration of ac motor and frequency converter which adopts vector control method,we should be able to get a dc motor control model instead of the ac drive system to make sure to achieve more efficient control.Because of the asynchronous motor with nonlinear,strong coupling,multivariable,high-order which is different from the characteristics of dc motor,this paper start from the dynamic mathematical model of asynchronous motor.We can obtained the rotor flux vector control system according to the coordinate transformation of the asynchronous motor;Second,the mathematical model of ac motor and frequency converter is established which implements the system of order reduction,decoupling and make the torque and flux can be controlled separately.Finally,using the method of experiment,we get a second order dc machine control model.And the mathematical model of the whole system is established.The research of this paper is based on the endless rolling simulation test bench.The Wincc6.0 configuration monitoring system is established in the experiment of the upper machine in order to provide the actual data of the system.This paper implement the simulation of model through Simulink.Then compared with the actual curve from the configuration monitoring system,in order to verify the accuracy and reliability of the model.
