The development level of the automobile industry represents the level of industrial development of a country.Because the automobile industry is connected with many industries,such as machine tool manufacturing,raw materials,computer industry and Internet industry.It can be said that the automobile industry is the result of the comprehensive development of these industries.The quality of parts and components directly affects the quality of the whole car in the assembly.There are many important components in the whole car,such as steering mechanism,transmission mechanism,engine,injector mechanism,etc.Many of them are shaft parts,of which shaft parts are mostly automobile gearboxes and engines.In many engine and gearbox shaft parts,the machining of the annular groove on the shaft parts has become the production technology difficulty of each automobile parts manufacturer in recent years.In the past ten years,due to almost no requirement for the ring groove of shaft parts,the machining of the annular groove of shaft parts is mostly done by turning.However,with the increasing demand for parts in the automotive industry,higher requirements have been put forward for the shaft parts with annular grooves.At this point,the turning process can not meet the requirements of the process.Many auto parts manufacturers began to use grinding.But because the ring groove width of these parts is often smaller,the ordinary corundum grinding wheel will appear grinding wheel wear faster or rupture when grinding.Therefore,the grinding efficiency of the ordinary corundum grinding wheel is usually not high,and the width of the groove after grinding is difficult to guarantee.Therefore,the grinding process of the corundum grinding wheel ring groove is not suitable for a large number of industrial production mode.In recent years,researchers working abroad on grinding have studied ultra high speed grinding.Ultra high speed grinding refers to the grinding speed of the grinding wheel can reach more than 80m/s.The discovery of this technology makes ultra high speed grinding become the future development direction of grinding technology.Ultra high speed grinding adopts CBN abrasive,because CBN abrasive has high hardness and good heat conductivity.Many overseas manufacturers of advanced grinding machines have made CBN grinding machines suitable for processing various automotive parts.For example,CBN crankshaft grinding machine,CBN camshaft grinding machine,and ring groove CBN special grinder.With the increasing demand for automotive industry,many strong auto parts manufacturers begin to purchase imported CBN grooving special grinding machines to meet the requirements of parts.In this paper,the analysis and design of groove grinding machine are carried out according to the processing characteristics of the ring groove of shaft parts.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Machining technology of annular groove parts has been analyzed.Process analysis and research is the basis for the design of the entire machine tool.Based on the study of various processing technologies at home and abroad,the grinding process of CBN grinding wheel and the grinding process of common corundum grinding wheel are studied.It is concluded that the CBN grinding technology is correct and advanced for grinding ring groove.(2)The parameter of the whole machine has been designed and the whole machine tool has been determined.Through to the entire machine tool each component parameter research and the design,makes the whole machine design plan.(3)Vibration in grinding process has been analyzed and setup artificial mineral composite as machine tool bed.Finite element analysis software was used to analyze and study the bed of gray iron material and artificial mineral composite material.The results show that the bed of mineral composite material is more suitable for high speed and high efficiency grinding.(4)The grinding wheel shafting structure of high speed rolling bearing has been designed.To achieve CBN grinding,and better play the grinding effect of CBN abrasives,the wheel speed of the grinding wheel must reach more than 80m/s.Through studying the advantages and disadvantages of the structure of hybrid bearings and rolling bearings,a high speed and high efficiency grinding wheel frame for rolling bearings is designed and developed.(5)CBN grooving grinding process has been research and its experimental verification.This chapter mainly studies the method of tool setting in the process of grinding ring groove of CBN grinding wheel.Research and application of grinder's pin blank anti-collision and grinding wheel dynamic balancing system.Finally,the grinding parameters of CBN grinding wheel are studied and adjusted by grinding experiments and grinding experiments,It is proved that the CNC CBN ultra-high speed grooving special grinding machine designed in this paper is reasonable,and achieves the desired effect of design.
