In the coal-fired generating units production process, coal combustion produces large amounts of nitrogen oxides(NOx), sulfur oxides, soot, etc., these pollutants has great harm on the environment and the human body. Reduce pollutant emissions is an important measure to control air and reduce haze. As countries have introduced increasingly stringent thermal power plant pollutant emission standards, many large thermal power plants are actively transform ultra-low emissions. In this paper, based on the Shanxi Wangqu Power Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as wangqu plants)existing environmental health facilities,we make research and analysis of the current mainstream of thermal power plant desulfurization, dedusting ultra-low emissions technology, the implementation of power plant desulfurization and dedusting Ultra Low Emission rehabilitation programs were compared, and draw the best conclusions.Firstly, the current national and local government policy on environmental emissions were briefly discussed, in this context, considering the status of ultra-low emission standards and Wangqu power plant desulfurization and dedusting equipment,we find the desulfurization and dusting proposed transformation of the ultra-low emissions is essential.Then, for the Wangqu actual operation Power Co., Ltd., a comprehensive analysis of the parameters of the boiler, coal change, as well as space for equipment and many other factors, the increase in liquid-gas ratio compared rehabilitation programs, the tower set efficiency tray rehabilitation programs, rehabilitation programs and integrated dust desulfurization tower slurry pond single dual-zone transformation plan altogether four kinds of rehabilitation programs, comprehensive comparison after desulphurization integrated rehabilitation programs can be more operational, more suitable for the renovation project implementation.In order to further improve the desulfurization and dedusting transformation process, we study the SO2 absorption system, flue gas systems, absorbent preparation system, gypsum dewatering systems, process water systems and electrical systems are detailed supporting the transformation, the transformation of the whole more efficient and complete. The renovation project is completed, will bring environmental and social benefits at the same time, and bring a lot of economic benefits.
