Scheme Analysis Of MH Farm Relocation Project UnderEnvironmental Protection Control

With more attention paid to the environmental problems from farms,farm has brought the huge impact under the condition of lack of relevant environmental policies,environment pollution not only brings huge influence to the surrounding residents life,but also brings serious damage to environment.Understanding the value of environmental research on farms fully will help raise awareness of environmental impact.By understanding the research background fully,the purpose of this research mainly has the following three: first,through the research review of related literature at home and abroad,fully grasp the research emphasis and difficulty in environmental protection farms;Second,the object of case study based on the MH farms,the analysis of farms in the weakness of environmental aspects and farms in environmental protection in the process of relocation schedule management concrete problems,Third,by analyzing the MH farms environmental comprehensive research to the environmental pollution evaluation from the dimension of "dimension of soil pollution,water pollution,air pollution dimensions and other pollution dimensions" four dimensions to conduct a comprehensive analysis.Based on the study of MH farms relocation project in the process of environmental protection,the focus of the study section of the third chapter,the fourth chapter,the fifth chapter,chapter 6 and chapter 7,in the third chapter,based on the analysis of the farms' problem,clarifying the MH farms at present;The fourth chapter combines the main problems to carry out pollution evaluation and management farms,identify the pollution factors,and establish a pollution evaluation model for the pollution factors.The fifth chapter studies the progress of the whole farm relocation.The sixth chapter researches the quality management and management control of the whole relocation project.The seventh chapter mainly elaborates the corresponding measures for the environmental relocation of the farm,the pollution control of the original farm after the relocation and relocation.In this paper,MH farms' relocation progress,quality management,have carried on the analysis research,the main conclusion are: the pollution factors index selection,through a large number of investigation and analysis,using the method of expert interview,qualitative quantitative analysis,methods of index screening,finally extracted 14 evaluation index.In this paper,using the method of the critical path of schedule management to move farms which has carried on the thorough analysis,according to the network diagram,finding out the key process to optimize,finally we put forward the control measures and time limit for a project schedule control.The establishment of quality assurance system was discussed,and PDCA cycle management was established.The environmental relocation of the farm is a complicated system project,which needs to be analyzed fully.
