Despite the rapid development of shoe-making industry in recent years,dot-ironing of shoes vamps,as an important link of the shoe-making process,there still exist the problems of excessive dependence on manual production and low automatic production.Moreover,the research on the automatic production line of dot-ironing is still in vain.A set of automatic production line has been designed to improve the production efficiency,the quality of the process and the market competitiveness of enterprises.This paper has completed the following main research contents.Firstly,the design of production line system.The paper studied and determined the automatic dot-ironing process of the production line,completed the designs of the upper fabric conveying and tensioning plans,the pressure plan,the rolling mechanism and storage-feeding mechanism.And the static analysis of the components with larger forces was investigated by Simulation,then the structural improvement designs of the components were completed according to the results.Secondly,cylindrical coordinate type pneumatic robot manipulator,which is for the loading mechanism of the stiffener and the executing agency to finish the point ironing process was designed by using the principles and methods of the modular design.A pneumatic circuit system was designed and the pneumatic circuit system simulation was performed based on AMESim to verify its correctness.Thirdly,the vision system for the dot-ironing of vamps was designed.After the camera takes pictures,the threshold segmentation is performed in HALCON.The feature-based template matching method and the related operator are used to calculate the dot-ironing stamping point coordinates on the vamps fabric,these coordinate information provide the basis for the loading robot and dot-ironing robot to complete the task.Finally,the motion control algorithm of the pneumatic manipulator was studied.The flexible localization of the manipulator's horizontal cylinder was realized by fuzzy immune PID control algorithm.Paper also studied the production line electrical control system,formulated the cont rol program process flow,selected PLC controller model and its need CPU module,input module,output module model,draw the wiring diagram of each module.
