In recent years,with the rapid development of the plastics industry,China has become the biggest plastic production capacity of the country.Due to the plasticizer production enterprises are mostly controlled by manual,resulting in plasticizer product quality is not stable,low conversion rate.Along with the rising labor costs and improvement of product quality,many companies hope that through technological transformation,using automated process control system to replace the original manual control system.As a common automatic control equipment,PLC is widely used in the field of industrial automation.The configuration software has become the most common software platform in the process control system for its good human-computer interaction,powerful data processing and management functions.The auto-matic control system constructed by PLC and configuration software will greatly improve the automatic control level of plasticizer production process control,improve product quality and conversion rate and reduce energy con-sumption.In this thesis,the production process control system is divided into two grades:upper machine and hypogyny machine.Among them,the upper ma-chine consists of industrial computer,data server,network controller,etc.The hypogyny machine system base on FTK PLC,temperature sensors,flow meters,ultrasonic level meter,a variety of valves,control motor,etc.Based on PLC and con-figuration software,the control system for the production process of plasticizer mainly realizes the following functions:(1)field data acquisition and processing.Collection temperature,liquid level,flow rate,pH,solid powder materials and other information,and con-verts it into digital signal sent to the PLC.(2)automatic logic control.In the production process of plasticizer,ac-cording to the data collected by the PLC,the logic control and sequence control are used to control the movement of the valve and the motor.(3)real-time monitoring and management of field data.The person in charge of the production capacity can observe the temperature,liquid level,flow rate and other data through the man-machine interface.(4)generate report,store data,fault alarm.Through the database can qu?ery and print historical data form report.When the control parameter exceeds the present value,the sound and light alarm is used to prompt the workers to solve the problem.the plasticizer production process as the research object.In this thesis,the production process control of plasticizer is taken as the research object.First of all,with the existing process control technology and research status of plasticizer summarized,It determined parameters and control tasks of the three kinds of plasticizer production.Then,according to the control requirements of the system,this paper designs the production process control system based on PLC and configuration software.Finally,the debugging of this system show that the design is correct and effective.
