Coalbed methane is a kind of clean energy with high calorific value,and it is also the strategic resource of the country.At present,the CBM drainage in our country is dominated by manual drainage,with low frequency of data collection,which can't meet the real-time and fine control requirements.The study of automatic drainage technology applied to CBM well and the improvement of automatic drainage control method can't only effectively reduce labor cost,and reduce labor intensity and work risk,but also improve the output of CBM well.In this paper,a remote monitoring system of CBM automatic drainage is designed,which realizes the automatic control of CBM production and the remote monitoring function of the draining equipment.First of all,the CBM production and drainage model is analyzed,and the relationship between the dynamic parameters of drainage is understood.Then the corresponding control method and automatic drainage process are put forward,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of control system.Then,through analyzing the functional requirements of the system,this paper puts forward the overall scheme of the system,and chose the instrument communication scheme based on RS-485,the human-machine interaction scheme based on LCD screen and touch screen,and the wireless transmission scheme based on the operator network.According to the selected scheme,the hardware and software of the control system are designed,the architecture of the server and the web interface are also designed.According to the problem that the CBM filed network status is not good,this paper designs a wireless relay system based on 433 MHz band of MANET,the data is sent to the area where the network status is good,then sent to the server,the problem is effectively solved.The remote monitoring system designed in this paper has been tested in many CBM wells in Shanxi Province.The test results show that the system realizes remote real-time monitoring of the draining instrument data and remote control of the drainage equipment,and the automatic drainage algorithm program achieves the expected effect.The wireless relay system designed in this paper has also been put into test,the system runs normally,the data transmission is stable,and the expected effect has been achieved.
