The coal industry is an important part of the energy industry of our country and one of the pillar industries of our country.However,the coal mining process will release the gas associated with the coal seam,and the gas will be explosive under certain conditions.It is one of the biggest hidden dangers in coal mine safety production.The drainage system can monitor the change of gas concentration and temperature in the process of mining in real time.Once a gas accident is possible,it will immediately make an alarm or lock it up and cut off the dangerous source.Avoid safety accidents.This subject is aimed at the coal mine production process gas drainage monitoring research.The second level network communication interface is designed.Based on Modbus RTU communication protocol,the hardware is based on single chip microcomputer.The functions of power isolation and program fault reset are realized on three parts of circuit,such as power supply,crystal oscillator and watchdog.An isolator is set at the port of the single chip microcomputer to block the unstable current interference and the electromagnetic interference in the space,and the average filtering method is used in the communication interface software,and the main program data processing is in the form of interruption.Exchange data with the mapped registers according to the program flow.For The accuracy of gas flow collection in the system is analyzed and the working principle of throttling components of various Flowmeters is analyzed.The automatic flow regulation of gas extraction is studied,and the influence of regulation mode on extraction eff-iciency is analyzed.Through adjusting the valve opening to change the resistance coefficient and energy loss,the regulating characteristic curv-e is obtained,and the program embedding characteristic curve formula of the gas drainage system automatically adjusts the valve opening,thusachieving the highest drainage efficiency.The system control unit is designed mainly by PLC control cabinet and display control cabinet,including internal components circuit design,Siemens S7-300 is selected as the core module of PLC control,The system software realizes a series of automatic control by programming PLC S7-300,including the multi-start of gas drainage equipment,flow control,function locking,etc.At the same time,through the design of configuration software,the real-time monitoring of all kinds of parameters in production,the calculation of operating parameters,the storage of historical data,the access of WEB in LAN and so on are completed.The purpose of this project is to eliminate the hidden dangers in coal mine production,to use a series of automatic control methods and locking functions to achieve the purpose of safety production,and to analyze and calculate the gas,so that it can be used reasonably.Therefore,this subject has great significance to coal mine safety and has far-reaching influence on ecological environment.
