The Study Of Productive Service Import Quality's Impact On Low-carbon Trade Competiveness

With the deepening of economic globalization,the trade between countries is more and more closely.Net exports as one of the "three carriages" of economic growth,which play an increasingly important role to a country's economic development.With the economy of low carbon,the producer services acting as supporting industry are directly related to the industrial production,their development and progress plays an important role in a country's industrial technology progress,industrial upgrading and the promotion of the production efficiency.And then,the producer services can promote the international competitiveness of a country's industrial sector and enhance our country's international economic strength.Therefore,in-depth study of productive services import quality has a important theoretical and realistic significance to low carbon trade industrial competitiveness.Paper firstly bases on low carbon trade cost advantages,low carbon efficiency advantages and low carbon trade innovation advantages to study the influence mechanism of the import quality of producer services to low carbon industry trade competitiveness.Then,this paper puts forward that,under the low carbon economic constraints,the producer services import quality improves through production effect and technology spillover effect to reduce industrial production and trade costs,improve the efficiency of production and trade,promote innovation,and then has a promoting effect point of view for industrial low carbon trade competitiveness ascension.Second,the productive service import quality effect to industrial low carbon trade competitiveness of the empirical results indicate that,overall,producer services import quality has a significant role in promoting industrial low carbon trade competitiveness.And compared with the developed countries,the developing countries have a bigger role;Categorizing the producer services investigation,the research finds that both for developing countries and developed countries,high technology type of producer services quality has a significant role in promoting the industrial low carbon trade competitiveness.But low technical productive services import has a relatively larger role.The formation of this differences effect is associated with the different technology level of producer services between countries,the different level of development degree between counties,and the different level of industrial convergence degree.On the basis of previous analysis,we put forward the following Suggestions:firstly,let go of the related producer services entry barriers and obstacles,through the import high quality production service,we reform the traditional backward productive services and high energy consumption industries,further provide better productive services for industrial development and the improvement of competitiveness of our country;Sencondly,take corresponding measures to promote the industry to stretch on both ends of the low pollution and high added value,promote the effective integration between import of producer services and industry,strengthen the productive service import quality's promoting effect for industrial low carbon trade competitiveness;Finally,promote the endowment of human capital,strengthen infrastructure construction,to provide important intellectual support for our country development of producer services and industry.
