Research On Public Participation In Environmental Impact Assessment In Lujiang County

Environmental problem is becoming a global problem,countries around the world increasingly improve the attention to environmental protection,public participation is one important way of environmental impact assessment is to protect the environment,in promoting the ecological social construction plays a very important force.Public participation in environmental impact assessment can not only enhance public awareness of environmental protection knowledge,but also help the public to develop good environmental protection habits.At present,China's economic and social development made great achievements,but also pose environmental destruction and pollution problems,including low public participation in environmental impact assessment,environmental assessment information untrue,public opinion is not fully express the problem is particularly prominent.Therefore,the paper gives an overview of the background,significance and research situation of the public participation in the context of environmental impact assessment.Define relevant concepts of public participation in environmental assessment,based on environmental justice theory,environmental rights theory,and public The product theory and the public participation ladder theory are the theoretical foundations,and they are based on the case study of the environmental impact assessment of Anhui Qianchuan Power lithium battery project.This paper introduces the construction background and main construction content of Anhui Qianchuan Power lithium battery project,analyzes the environmental impact of the Anhui Qianchuan Power lithium battery project,and focuses on the analysis of the public participation environmental impact assessment of the Qianchuan Power lithium battery project.The issues such as the public participation channels,the weak foundation of non-government environmental protection organizations,and the lack of performance of environmental protection agencies were discussed,and the causes were pointed out.The public was also promoted from three aspects: public participation,system construction,guarantee implementation,and government guidance.Participate in diversification of the subject,optimize public participation,provide protection for public participation,accelerate the reform of the environmental protection department's law enforcement system,strengthen public awareness education for environmental protection,promote the rapid development of non-governmental environmental protection organizations,and pay attention to public opinion guidance.I hope to help the development of public participation in theenvironmental assessment of Lujiang County.
