R&D Of Data Acquisition And Intelligent Monitoring System On Heterogeneous CNC Machine System

Now many domestic manufacturing enterprises have equipped a large number of high-end CNC machine tools with different models to form a considerable scale of CNC workshops.However,most of these heterogeneous CNC systems operate in isolation and restrict their full utilization and performance.There is a strong demand for intelligent monitoring,efficiency evaluation and equipment maintenance of CNC machine tools while accurate and real-time machine data is the basis of these.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the data acquisition method of heterogeneous CNC system and build the intelligent monitoring system platform to improve the production efficiency,reduce the cost and implement digital intelligent manufacturing strategy.In this paper,the heterogeneous CNC system as the object,this paper firstly studies the characteristics and data acquisition methods of four kinds of mainstream CNC systems.On the basis of fully investigating the functions,interfaces and performance requirements of data acquisition and intelligent monitoring system,the solutions of data acquisition and network communication for heterogeneous CNC system is proposed,as well as the overall system framework.Then,taking Siemens CNC system which is widely used in the industry as an example,this paper develops a data acquisition program,builds a server database and completes the development of server-side management software and client-side visualization software.Finally,the data acquisition and intelligent monitoring system has been actually tested.The actual test results show that the data acquisition program collects machine data accurately,real-time and automatically,costs less system resources and does not affect the normal operation of CNC system.The operation of database,server-side management software and client-side visualization software is stable and reliable,the users can monitor and manage the CNC machine tools conveniently and real-time through the client-side visualization software.
