Research About Knowledge Management For Process Gas System In Company E

The paper firstly introduced process gas system in company E and its development,considered the relevant research status and development state of knowledge management in the field of domestic and foreign projects.Based on the characteristics of process gas system project,introduced the problems of project management in the different stages of the total project life cycle of process gas system.From knowledge management perspective,discovered and analyzed the reasons for these problems.Applied knowledge management theory,methods and tools to build process gas systems engineering project knowledge management platform,including decision-making module,designing module,construction module and closing module,so as to improve project management efficiency,and optimize the process gas system making it in the best condition in the operation.The achievement of the paper can not only be applied in process gas system of the display industry,but also be applied in process gas system of IC and PV.
