With the construction of Daqing,Xinjiang,Xinjiang's crude oil production gradually increased,accounting for China's crude oil production proportion is more and more big,the completion of the West crude oil pipeline transport for the Xinjiang Oilfield,Tarim Oilfield,Tuha oil open posterior,for Kazakhstan crude oil pipeline imports Kazakhstan crude oil were transported to the East,providing the conditions.However,the transport process and the variety of crude oil changes,so that the flow characteristics of the pipeline transport media change,so it is necessary to study the rheological characteristics of different mixed oil,and then study the optimization technology of pipeline transportation.The Shanshan Urumqi line to the northern oil and Kazakh oil country,Korla Shanshan line to the Tarim Oilfield and Tuha extension of Tuha Oil single oil of rheological test and analysis.Rheology test and analysis of mixed oil on Shan LAN main transportation in different proportions,and tracking and monitoring.The crude oil pipeline in Western Shanshan LAN line more complete transmission of various kinds of crude oil rheology data collection,pipeline optimized operation provides the basis.Arranging for transmission in a single oil rheology research and Shanshan LAN main different mixed oil rheological research foundation,established one kind of oil flow and mixed flow of crude degeneration model and the proportion,multiple batches of oil test data analysis,different single oil mixed oil rheology influence coefficient obtained in the single known oil pour point,viscosity,mixing ratio of the calculated mixing crude oil pour point and viscosity of experience formula,can reduce the actual sampling,ratio test link for production and operation of different proportion of mixed oil pour point and viscosity were predicted to select a more optimized,more suitable for pipeline oil mixture ratio.Filling of drag reduction agent is to improve the pipeline operation efficiency,reducing the friction and optimal operation of effective method in pipeline transportation,Shanshan LAN line upstream of Shanshan Urumqi line,Korla Shanshan line had drag reduction agent experiment of drag reduction and throughput increasing,reduction resistance effect has certain reference function on the downstream of Shanshan LAN line.For crude oil pipeline in Western Shanshan LAN line due to long lines,large diameter,reduction resistance test of high cost,difficult,has never been reducing drag and increasing throughput test.In this paper,the a more hope the drag reduction effect of the prediction formula,according to Kusan line and Shanshan Urumqi line drag reduction effect,prediction Shanshan LAN line filling reducing resistance agent on the drag reduction effect,and gives the drag reduction after the station operating parameters and pump scheme can provide a reference for the production and operation of the Shanshan LAN line.
