| With the development of economy and decrement of petroleum resources,fast-moving rig is becoming more and more popular with foreign users.The fast-moving rig is raised by hydraulic cylinders,the research is based on finite element analysis software SAFI.This paper mainly makes some research about mast and substructure.First,it describes the styles of mast and substructure,then according to requirement,the mast is designed to be âKâ style,no âAâ frame,raised by hydraulic cylinders,the substructure is parallelogrammic,raised by hydraulic cylinders which are also used for mast,the mast and substructure are convenient to be fast-moved.And then,based on the calculation and analysis of main shaped steels,raising force,critical welds of mast,and the calculation of raising force of substructure and also the calculation of shafts,frame and bearings,the rig meets the drilling requirement.Finally,the mast operating condition,raising condition,rig operating condition,and overturning and sliding condition are analyzed by SAFI.The rig max.hookload and raising force are also tested in rig yard,the transportation of rig is also tested.The result indicate that: the structure design of rig and selection of material meet requirements of API 4F 4th edition.Now,this rig is already manufactured and put into use in Middle East.According to feedback,this rig is in good condition and meets expected design,meets using requirements of rig site.The testing and feedback provide precious test data,and will provide design considerations for rig design in the future. |
