With the gradual improvement of environmental requirements,treatment to water and gas containing sulfuric after desulfurization process has become an important consideration process of vast numbers of refineries and gas purification plants.Against the problems from two sulfur recovery process currently using for Changqing Oilfield natural gas purification plant,proposed by using Aspen Plus process simulation software to simulate these two process,using sensitivity analysis method to find the factors that may affect the process,the simulation results help solving existing problems and providing data to support the theory.Through the simulation process of the conventional Claus process,to determine the feasibility and accuracy of Aspen Plus simulation resultsusing the principles of the Claus process sulfur recovery process.On the basis of the Claus process,based on the document data and actual production data,simulate the Clinsulf-Do process,verify the accuracy of the simulation process and analyze the influencing factors to determine the optimal acid gas and air feed volume flow quantity ratio of 118.45,isothermal reactor optimum temperature is200?,this time the sulfur recovery rate was 95.67%,due to the limitations of the technology,still have to use the new tail gas treatment process to make the exhaust emissions to meet the latest standards of sulfur.Though the process simulation MDEA amine sweetening determine the feasibility and accuracy of Aspen Plus simulation result of the chemical absorption of H2S removal process principle employed.On the basis of MDEA amine sweetening on the reference calibration report and actual production data,simulate the LOW-CAT process to verify the accuracy of simulation processes and analyze influencing factors to determine the most iron ion absorption cycle agents is 3.8:1,feed temperature 50?,the absorber pressure 95kPa,regeneration tower air feed rate of 1327.2m3/h.Make simple comparison to SCOT tail gas treatment processes,H2S absorption of LOW-CAT process exhaust gas could be more thoroughly,the SO2 emission rate could be lower,the investment of building new LOW-CAT process devices is lower than the SCOT process,it is considered that LOW-CAT process not only can be used as stand-alone devices sulfur recovery and to be treated as Clinsulf-Do exhaust gas treatment process.Simulation process and results provide reference data for the normal operation of the actual plant.
