| Petroleum chemical industry, which is flammable and explosive, has the high probability of accidents and the serious consequences.Chemical process safety management(PSM),an important part of the daily management of petrochemical enterprises, conducts activities about decision-making,planning,organizing and controlling in the process of production. The purpose of PSM is to reduce and control the dangerous and harmful factors in the production process and to prevent major accidents such as fire, explosion and toxic chemical spills,etc..In the present study,PSM and its implementation situation at home and abroad are introduced.According to the application of petrochemical enterprise risk assessment method in PSM management, the use of risk assessment methods was analyzed. The main content of this study is about risk assessment and requirements analysis of essential elements in PSM management, based on the risk of process safety management.Specifically, analyzing which elements of PSM need process hazard analysis(PHA),collecting and choosing the appropriate risk analysis and evaluation method, the risk assessment method was effectively applied to process safety management(PSM)in petrochemical enterprises.Ultimately, the appropriate method was used to identify and assess of risk for the evaluation objects which needed in PSM management and the place which needed risk assessment, according to the risk, available resources, time limit and maneuverability. The suitable evaluation method, optimization standard and improvement suggestions can make the evaluation method more suitable for safety management of petrochemical enterprises to reduce accidents in petrochemical production process. |
