With the development of numerical control technology,numerical control processing industry has gradually infiltrated in the various fields of modern manufacturing industry,making the demand of modern manufacturing industry increasing for NC machining talents.The development of social economy urgently needs more and more professional skills talents in the field of numerical control processing.This paper analyzes the problems in the training mode of NC machining professional skills in the education system of the current vocational colleges and universities in Nanchang,and analyzes and studies the numerical control processing skills and the quality system of numerical control processing in the actual dual mode process,combining with the concrete practice of the training mode of the NC machining professional skills in a vocational college.To find out the problems in the training of the professional skills of numerical control processing,and to explore the training mode of numerical control skills to adapt to the needs of the development of the market and the professional development of the vocational schools,and to promote the healthy development of the CNC machining major in Vocational Colleges and universities,and provide some reference for the optimization and improvement of the training system for the professional skills of numerical control in vocational colleges.This article takes the actual situation of numerical control processing skills of the students of CNC machining in Jiangxi electronic information engineering school as the main research object,and takes the three class students of the 2016 class NC machining major as the investigation object.They use dual mode teaching,traditional processing teaching and practical training teaching to do numerical control teaching.Through CNC machining process,the machining of step shaft is the main content.The results show that:(1)on the whole,the practical teaching effect of dual mode teaching is higher than that of traditional and intramural teaching,and the actual teaching effect is higher than that of traditional teaching.(2)from the aspect of NC machining quality,the dual mode teaching and the teaching in school have positive influence on the quality of NC machining.It can improve the students' NC machining skills as a whole,and the dual mode teaching can have better training effect than the training in the school.(3)in the quality of numerical control processing products,although the students in the three classes have a certain foundation in the numericalcontrol processing skills,they can basically master the professional skills of numerical control processing,but the dual mode teaching is really higher than the overall product quality of the teaching and traditional teaching in the school.(4)in the focus of product quality control,the majority of the students in the dual mode teaching meet the planning requirements,the process is controlled,the processing quality is higher than the school training and traditional teaching,the traditional teaching quality is general and need to be promoted.The dual mode teaching can effectively improve the students' ability in NC machining professional skills,and have certain influence on the quality of numerical control processing,and can improve the students' NC machining skills as a whole.
