The Shandong Power Generation Co.Ltd.of Heze power plant(hereinafter referred to as theHeze power plant 2×300MW)two subcritical coal-fired units desulfurization project used forlimestone gypsum wet process,by the construction contractor of Shandong three financialEnvironmental Engineering Co.,Ltd.,a furnace a tower desulfurization equipment,desulfurization in design of burning coal sulfur content of 1.7%,which means that the contentof SO2 FGD 3685mg/Nm3 for the entrance in the flue gas,flue gas quantity is 115.1 ×104Nm3/h(standard state,stem base,6%O2),the desulfurization device design of SO2 removal rate of notless than 95%.The uncertainty sources of supply China coal market,coal sulfur content and design coal hascertain deviation with the actual practice of Heze power plant flue gas desulfurization system,entrance SO2 concentration often exceed the design of desulfurization unit value,and with theimplementation of the new air pollutant emission standards,Shandong Province thermal powerplant air pollutant emission standards,clean gas the concentration of sulfur dioxide emissionshas been unable to meet the new environmental standards.Therefore,the Heze power plant isintended to improve the capacity of the existing equipment to carry out the feasibility study onthe capacity enhancement of the two phase No.3 and No.4 unit.This transformation due to SO2 concentration in flue gas desulfurization efficiency andimprove the original requirements higher,need to improve the original absorption capacity ofSO2 absorption system,the scheme comparison is adopted to keep the original three sprayinglayer,a new spraying layer and a layer of alloy tray between flue gas entrance and bottom spraylayer,add a a slurry circulating pump corresponding to the new slurry spray layer,flux8400m3/h,lift 18.6m.The slurry spray increased considerably and generate more gypsum slurrycirculating,in order to ensure sufficient residence time and gypsum solid residence time,thetransformation of the slurry pool elevation scheme,keep the absorption tower to the existingpath unchanged,will raise the 7.5m slurry tank,absorption tower level is 17m,the total volumeof slurry pond 2085m3,slurry circulation time is 4.67min.The SO2 emission concentration offlue gas can meet the requirements of the latest environmental protection standards.
