Safety,as the lifeline of enterprises,directly affects economic growth and production development.In recent years,with the constantly improve of level of safety management of enterprises and their advances in technology such as safety facilities,we has improved to a certain extent.However,the staff condition of coal mines,construction and other heavy industrial enterprises is still very serious.According to the accident statistics in recent ten years,human error caused by the accident accounted for more than 80% of the total,and employee behavior plays an important role in safe production of enterprises.Human behavior is the product of cognition,so in order to guide employees to exercise more safety behaviors,it is necessary to strengthen the management of employees' behavior safety and to improve their cognitive level at the same time.The Accident attribution is to analyze the employee's understanding of the cause of the accident from the perspective of cognition.It is necessary to study the relationship between the employee's accident attribution and the safety behavior.Through the research and analysis of employees' cognition on the cause of the accident,correcting the cognitive deviation of the staff in time is helpful to guide the staff to make more safety behaviors and to further prevent the accident.Based on the research of cognitive behavior theory and attribution theory at home and abroad,the accident attribution theory is put forward.On the basis of the three dimension and six factors of Weiner attribution theory,combined with the interview results,the paper preliminarily worked out the accident attribution questionnaire.Using software SPSS20.0 to conduct the exploratory factor analysis and questionnaire reliability and validity analysis,this article explores the specific questionnaire topics and the four dimensions of the attribution of the accident.Through the single factor variance analysis,this article explores different influence of accident attribution on safety behaviors and the different influence of demographic factors on employee attribution and safety behavior.Through correlation analysis and regression analysis,the relationship between the employee's accident attribution and safety behavior was studied and the hypothesis was verified.The software AMOS24.0 is used to verify,correct and evaluate the hypothesis model of safety compliance behavior and safety participation behavior under accident attribution.The results showed that(1)the accident attribution was divided into four dimensions: Employees' stable and uncontrollable factors,employees' unstable and controllable factors,enterprises' controllable factors,and other uncontrollable factors.(2)There was no significant different influence between different employees' accident attribution trends and safety behaviors;safety compliance behavior had significant differences with the different length of service,marital status and education;safety participation behavior had significant differences with the different enterprises' nature,age,and length of service.(3)Employees' stable and uncontrollable factors at accident attribution showed a significant positive correlation towards safety compliance behavior;employees' unstable and controllable factors had a significant positive correlation towards safety compliance behavior and safety participation behavior;enterprises' controllable factors had a significant positive correlation towards security compliance behavior;there was no significant correlations between the enterprises' uncontrollable factors and safety behaviors.(4)The security compliance behavior model with the mediating effects of employee instability and control,and the security participation behavior model of under the perspective of accident attribution were established.According to the conclusion of the research,we put forward some suggestions.(1)Managers should pay attention to individual differences,guide employees to correctly understand the cause of the accident,and improve their cognitive level.(2)Enterprises should strengthen the physical examination system to help employees establish a healthy psychological state.(3)Improve the business management model.(4)Strengthen employees' education and training.(5)Improve employees' working environment and create a good communication atmosphere.
