Design And Implementation Of IRB40 Numeric Control Operation Simulation System

The subject of this thesis is software development of KELANGcompany'sproductionoperation simulation support system,which objective is to provide the company'scustomers of its middle numeric control machine-bed products with completeoperatingsimulation support tools for improving the application effects and enhancing the customer relationship.In accordance with the methodology of software engineering and based on the company's demands on its production operation simulation support,this thesis applies the methods and techniques of software engineering to discuss the development work on the software system.The thesis systematically discusses the development works in requirements analysis,software design,programming and tests in accordance with the company's key demands on its production operation simulationmanagement.In requirements analysis this thesis establishes main functions of the system about the company's major problems to solve in its numeric control equipments production operation simulation project information management,equipment running status and faults simulation,numeric control program execution simulation.For each requirement its desired data processing demands and computational tasks are discussed with its associated use case model presented.In the work of software design,this thesis establishes the software architecture and the related detailed design scheme,including main object data structures,database models,representative algorithm processing flowcharts and some example database table structures.In the work of implementation,this system runs on the platform of Windows operating system on the application server and is programmed with C++ and Oracle as its database.Some programs are briefly described together with the system test methods and consequences.This production operation simulation management system has been so farfinished with its deployment and tests.Its application provides strong support to the company's customer to completely make use of the numeric control equipment's performances and enhanced the customer services and relationships,reaching its development objectives.
