With the adoption of the new technology and the application of a large number of imported high-precision processing equipment in the stamping process,the stamping die industry has been developing particularly rapidly.Although China's stamping die industry has achieved remarkable results in more than a decade,the gap is still clear compared with those in industrialized countries.Due to dabble in stamping die industry knowledge is more,the material performance requirements higher,forming process is relatively complex,the performance of the equipment to process parameter debugging plays a big role,and the design personnel knowledge level of mold design and practical operation experience requirement is high also,so requires that designers must have a good grasp the theoretical knowledge of stamping die,and to master the knowledge to solve process problems in the actual operation process,thus promote the rapid development of industry of our country of the stamping die.The background of this research is that the TV set-top box is covered with thin wall forming,which involves the knowledge of stamping process,such as bending,contraction,folding,tearing and rebound compensation.There are some problems in stamping die design and stamping process,and further research is needed.Firstly,this paper briefly discusses the research background and significance of this topic,the development trend of stamping forming technology,and the reference points of this paper.This paper expounds the research status and development trend of stamping dies at home and abroad,and gives three main contents of this subject.Then,this paper expounds the principle of metal stamping,stamping processing characteristics and the main points of the die design,the TV box cover after bending springback phenomenon to study,and analyzes the compensation process,gives the thin-walled curved part of the fold and prediction and the solution of local cracking phenomenon.To change the processing mode of stamping die,the original single punch optimization is the progressive die,and the production efficiency is improved.Hope that through this topic research,can provide reasonable Suggestions for stamping die design,shorten the cycle of die debugging,repair and improve the design personnel's work efficiency,make our products more perfect.Secondly,through the contrastive analysis of the different combination plan,choose the suitable for the optimal processing method,the set-top box cover to cover on four sets of mould processing was analyzed and the problems existing in the experiment,through thefinite element numerical simulation analysis,to meet the design requirements of television set-top box cover,validate the correctness of the mold design,give a solution.Finally through to the design and calculation of the die and each point to the problems of attention and detection,four sets of mould manufacturing task,conform to the requirements of the drawings,samples are measured size dimensions are within the tolerance range,meet the design and use requirements,verify the TV box cover mold design can be implemented.
