| Based on the study of the influence on the atmospheric environment prediction which by some relevant scholars, we investigate the status quo of Economic and Technological development zone of East Junggar Basin, concluding the data of existing enterprise pollutant emission;By stationing monitoring status quo and collecting environmental monitoring data over the years, indicating that development zone evolution trend and present situation of air environmental quality. We can forecast the pollutant emission after planning implementation through investigation the scale construction of planning enterprise and establish the atmospheric pollution source emission inventory. Using the simulated prediction model CALPUFF that recommended by Ministry of Environmental Protection, which can simulate and predicted the temporal and spatial distribution of pollutants. The main conclusions are as follows:(I)New coal-fired power plants has unconspicuous influence on daily average and annual concentration of SO2, NO2, PM10, PM2.5 at technological development zone of East Junggar Basin,such as Urumqi and other five cities. Contributions of the daily average concentration values accounting standard range is about 0.3%-20%, it is accord with environmental air quality standard(GB3095-2012) secondary standard after superposition the regional background density.(II) Effect of the simulation results on the New coal-fired power plants and overlying some areas under construction, proposed pollution sources at the surrounding contribution values show that: SO2 and NO2 daily average simulation density is bigger, daily average concentration account for 77% and 79% of the secondary standard. After the superposition of regional monitoring background density, accounts for the largest rate is 85% and 94.5%. All of these appears in the colorful bay area. They have large influence on environmental air quality in colorful bay area because that average concentration of SO2, NO2 and PM10 daily superposition value is close to the ambient air quality standard(GB3095-2012) secondary standard.(III) New coal-fired power plants and overlying areas under construction,proposed project and monitor background density, the daily average maximum concentration of SO2, NO2, PM2.5 which around the environment sensitive zone according with environmental air quality standard(GB3095-2012) first and secondary standard.According to the above forecast conclusions, we put forward specific countermeasures for the control of air pollutants in this paper. And propound suggests to development zone from the industrial structure, space layout and regional pollution control. |
