Application And Evaluation Of Aesthetics In Bridge Design

Bridge is the important infrastructure of national economy and social development, it is the lifeblood of economic operation. With the progress of science and technology and people's material and cultural needs improving, society has put forward some higher requirements to the bridge construction, not only requires the safety, economic, convenient, comfortable, but also require it to give people the enjoyment of beauty. Especially for city modernization, there is more and more attention to bridge performance of aesthetics. It has become increasingly urgent to study the bridge aesthetics.Firstly, this paper analyzes the research background and development situation of bridge aesthetics, and elaborated bridge aesthetics design purpose and significance. At present, China bridge construction focus on engineering design requirements, but ignore the bridge aesthetics design requirements, because of this, bridge design are lack of regional characteristics, and even some bridge construction played havoc with the local natural scenery, there are some errors in the aspects of bridge aesthetics design. Therefore, we will analyzes the domestic and overseas development of the bridge aesthetics in a comprehensive, and summarizes some principles of bridge aesthetics design, and expounds the development trend of bridge aesthetics design in China and the problems of bridge aesthetics.Through the exploration of bridge aesthetics, we can get the key from the application of bridge aesthetics in design aspects, through the example of the bridge on the Qiantang River, we can study the specific application process of aesthetics in bridge design, from the background analysis data, the local culture, natural and social environment, and combine the shape scheme and color scheme of bridge design, consequently we can fully explain the influence of shape factors, color factors and environmental factors of bridge aesthetics design.Currently our country evaluation in bridge aesthetics has a noticeable lack of accurate data, the evaluation system often give the assessment of the actual design scheme some qualitative results, such as the lightweight design, the suitable proportion of other reviews, that makes it difficult to use digital quantitative analysis when the schemes are similar to each other or each has merits in scheme selection process. Therefore, through the analysis of main factors of bridge aesthetics design and application of bridge aesthetics in design, this paper get the bridge aesthetics evaluation index, and establish the evaluation system of bridge aesthetics by the uncertain type of Analytic Hierarchy Process.Through the bridge in Taiyuan as an engineering example, this paper marks the aesthetic evaluation index of three aspects of shape, color and decoration, the environment of bridges by analysis of bridge aesthetics design, then construct the mathematic model of the example by bridge aesthetics evaluation system, and carries on the computation, finally get the bridge precise and digital aesthetics evaluation results, which prove the feasibility and practicability of the evaluation system.
