Research Of The Lean Construction Based On BIM In Complex Project

In a high-speed development period, a large complex projects were built than any past history, especially in terms of infrastructure. Under the new technology, large scale project is gradually showing a large scale, complex, which need to meet the requirements of traditional quality, function, and higher requirements in the aspect of environment, ecology, energy, information.This article introduced the application of BIM technology and Lean Construction in large complex project. To begin with, the study reviewed BIM technology and Lean Construction at home and abroad. Secondly, this paper introduces the birth of lean construction and theoretical system structure, analyses the basic theory of lean construction, the advantage of BIM technology, and KANBIM, Concurrent Engineering, lean cost control based on BIM. Furthermore, the application and the implementation of lean construction and BIM in complex project were divided into three levels such as principle, team construction and framework. In the end, Zhengzhou Airport Phase?Project was held up as a good example to expound the modeling research on the project using BIM technology, and the key technology of lean construction based on BIM was integrated and applied in this case.Through the analysis, it is concluded that BIM technology and Lean Construction integrated application in large complex project has a traditional way to build an unparalleled advantage, and can help push the airport management and construction. At last, the research end up with summary and prospect against the further explores such as the theoretical basis of research, integrated application scope and one-way application depth.
