The implementation of One Belt And One Road strategy and the promotion of urbanization in the 13 th five-year plan period have brought new opportunities and challenges to the construction industry.Nowadays,there are some problems in construction projects,such as low construction efficiency,actual project cost far exceeding the budget,and lags behind schedule.It is meaningful to improve management thoughts and management methods.Lean construction,as a new management concept,introduces lean production mode in manufacturing industry into the management of construction projects,so that the stability of construction is improved,waste is reduced and construction period is saved.Building Information Modeling(BIM)is a kind of data modeling and simulation method for engineering design and project management,with the characteristics of parameterization,informatization,visualization and relevance.It can help realize the online communication,real-time control and other requirements of construction projects,which is in line with the goal of lean construction management.Based on the construction requirements of the projects,this paper integrally studies BIM and lean construction.A BIM process library is proposed,and an on-site auxiliary management method based on the BIM process library is also provided.Moreover,the application process and benefits of the BIM process library is verified with a case study.Specifically,this paper mainly includes the following contents:(1)For the problem that BIM technology and lean construction are difficult to be integrated,the overall technical scheme of BIM lean construction is proposed.Firstly,the key technologies of BIM and lean construction are summarized in detail,and then the interactive relationship between BIM and lean construction is systematically sorted out.In view of the lack of systematic implementation process in current research of BIM and lean construction,an overall technical scheme of BIM and lean construction is proposed,The creation and Application of BIM process Library.(2)A process library based on BIM and lean construction is provided to solve theproblem that the construction process is not covered in the traditional BIM model.Firstly,the concept of the process library and its construction and updating process are presented.Secondly,according to the requirements of engineering application,the overall process of process level modeling and simulation based on BIM process library is provided,and the key technology is discussed.Finally,the method of construction management based on process level model and its corresponding advantages are discussed.(3)In view of the lack of planning in the field management,a method of using BIM construction process information is provided to carry out the field auxiliary management.For material management,a kind of material information management mode,material information management process and a material information realization mode are provided.For progress management,the implementation process of progress simulation system is presented,and automatic generation and configuration mode of resources is also provided.For cost management,a BIM and lean management framework and dynamic control implementation process of the cost are provided.(4)A case study is carried out combined with an actual project.Firstly,the actual demand of BIM technology in engineering is introduced.Secondly,the application of BIM process library is described in detail.Finally,the application benefits of BIM database are analyzed by comparing between the two situations whether the BIM process-level model is used.The research on the process-level management based on BIM technology and lean construction provides an effective method support for the construction industry to realize the delicacy management of the construction process,and has a broad application prospect.
