Put forward the database design principles, standards and norms, classification and coding, and the layer management, etc. Road network is studied in the static data, dynamic data and video data acquisition, storage, transmission and the technology of intelligent analysis method, in order to improve the system is practical and advanced.(4) According to the Henan province highway intelligent monitoring information system overall design, the algorithm design and programming, has realized the basic information management, network management, digital video monitoring, emergency command, comprehensive analysis, data, alarm, MQ data transmission, equipment intact rate inquiry, public information release and so on nine big system function.Large highway information management system, involving technology widely, the development is difficult.
