It contains a lot of reusable components and a variety of recycled materials, which can effectively save cost, improve resource utilization, reduce the negative impact of the manufacturing process for resources and the environment. Therefore, lots of attention was paid to the re-manufacturing of end-of-life construction machinery products.In China, because of the late starting i n re-manufacturing field, there is a big shortage in the re-manufacturing process and the management of the process information. On the one hand, a large of re-manufacturing enterprises have been using the traditional manufacturing methods for the design and information management of the whole remanufacturing processes. On the other hand, some of the re-manufacturing information management systems, although able to achieve the management of information, but most of them only focus on the continuity of remanufacturing processes, and can only provide very fragmented information, which greatly affect the efficiency of information traceability and decision-making in re-manufacturing, resulting a further waste of resources.To solve those problems, based on the analysis and improvement on the whole life cycle of end-of-life engineering machinery products' re-manufacturing process, this paper established the remanufacturing information tracing model of end-of-life construction machinery products. Then developed a corresponding retired construction machinery remanufacturing information management and traceability system based on B/S mode. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on a lot of research work, combined with the remanufacturing business of an end-of-life construction machinery products remanufacturing company. This paper analyzed the remanufacturing processes of end-of-life products in detail. And improve it for the shortcomings of existing r emanufacturing processes. Then introduced advanced RFID radio frequency technol ogy in re-manufacturing processes and developed the information traceability model of end-of-life engineering machinery products based on RFID.(2)According to the information traceability model of end-of-life engineering machinery products, design the business of the retired product manufacturing information tracking system. Firstly, clear the system target, and the analysis on technical, economic and environmental feasibility of the system is done; then designed the entire system processes in detail, includes a series of processes such as delivering, cleaning, testing, disassembly, repairing and so on. Finally, designed the database of the system.(3)System implementation and application. Based processes analysis, data flow analysis and database design, use Visual C # and Oracle database development tools, the traceability system based B/S mode of engineering machinery end-of-life products was developed, in addition, applied the system in a machinery remanufacturing enterprise, and achieved good results.
