Asynchronous motor vector control system not only has the advantages of simple structure and good performance, it can get the same speed performance like DC, and it is widely applied in the AC speed regulation fields. With the constantly development of these areas, the speed control system for asynchronous motor is urgently needed to have wider speed-regulating range, faster response and faster response and better precision.The speed sensors will affect the system’s stability and environmental adaptability, the scale and amount of asynchronous motor vector control system with speed sensor is restricted to some extent, it will go against the original intention of using asynchronous motor vector control. Speed-sensorless vector control system can get rid of the limitations of speed sensor, improve the speed accuracy, enhance the robustness and simplify the system structure, and it is important for expanding the application range of AC speed control. The thesis made a study and rearch on the speed-sensorless robust control system, and a robust H∞ controller based on T-S fuzzy model is designed.Firstly, it is summarized the development of speed sensorless vector control technology. What’s more, it is compared the advantages and disadvantages of various speed control method. Then, the principles of vector control are introduced, which offers theoretical foundation on the mathematical models of asynchronous motor and state equations.Secondly, based on the nonlinear characteristics of asynchronous motor, the T-S fuzzy model of asynchronous motor is built by using the method of T-S fuzzy model based on the operating characteristics of motor.Then, the robust H∞ controller of T-S fuzzy system for motor is studied. Considering the conservatism and complexity of algorithm, select the stability criterion of T-S fuzzy system and H∞ controller control law of solving algorithm. On this basis, the robust H∞ controller based on T-S fuzzy model is designed.At last, using Matlab/Simulink to establish synchronous vector control system simulation model, though simulaton experiments, we can observe two types of controllers’ effect, then the results are compared. The simulation results of the motor prove the designed controllers’ feasibility and effectiveness.
