With the intelligence and micro-computerization of train devices, Train Communication Network(TCN) technology has become a key technology to exchange information between devices, which is widely used in high-speed trains at home and abroad. Multiple units have conducted TCN subject research and products development independently in domestic. In the process of TCN products development and maintenance, train devices need to be configured, the device status needs to be monitored real-timely and the fault data needs to be stored and analyzed, etc. In order to solve the above requirements of practical application, this paper designs and implements a train network management system according to the TCN standard. The system can monitor, configure, control and diagnose train devices, which effectively improves the safety and reliability of train operation.This thesis based on "IEC61375-1 train network management software development" project, introduces the development of network management software on the embedded vehicle equipment, which mainly realizes the train network management services defined by TCN standard and user-defined services, including file transfer, waveform display, equipment survival monitoring, fault data storage and remote restarting services. On the basis of in-depth research on the train network management(TNM) standard, the solution uses Vx Works real-time operating system and Tornado integrated development environment for software development.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the architecture of TCN protocol including MVB/WTB link protocol, real-time protocol and train network management protocol, focusing on topology, management messages, management objects of network management. Then the overall system solution is described in detail. It is divided into PC, manager and agent three modules. The PC communicates with the manager via socket connection and the manager communicates with the agent via TCN network. The agent is responsible for achieving specific services by calling the service interface functions to operate management objects. The manager and agent software is divided into multiple tasks according to system functions. The thesis elaborates implementation of three key technologies containing file transfer, TNM services, fault storage and implementation of other various functional modules. Finally, it tests each function, analyzes the test results and verifies system performance.After a lot of testing and analysis, the results show that the system is running well and achieves the desired effect.
