Research And Development Of Elevator Comprehensive Testing System

Elevator periodic testing by the regulation is an important content in elevator maintenance, at the same time, it is also an important guarantee to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the elevator.In view of the current situation in elevator testing,such as more equipment to use, inconvenient to switch back and forth, and the technical means uesd in some tesring items is not reasonable, etc.In this paper,a highly integrated general elevator comprehensive testing system is conduct to research and development, which is based on multi-channel,wireless data transimission.This system used ARM as the kernel, integrated temperature and humidity, illumination, noise, speed and other sensors for data acquisition.At the same time,it can be used to measure voltage, current and resistance.And through the embedded bluetooth module, it implemented a variety of testing data wirelessly transmit to the Android smart phone, PDA and other mobile terminal.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Focus on the multiple functions of elevator comprehensive testing system integrated, after analyzing the organization structure of common single-channel data acquisition systems as well as the advantages of the ARM processor compared with traditional MCU,then put forward and implemented the organization architecture of comprehensive testing system,which is based on STM32F103 chip and is capable of multi-channel data acquisition.(2) In-depth analysis of the hand strap speed-measuring method and the testing data wireless transmission technology in the development of comprehensive testing system.On this basis,the main function modules of comprehensive testing system are studied and developed,which contains the design of speed-measuring module, temperature and humidity acquisition module, illumination acquisition module, power acquisition module, bluetooth communication module and upper computer software.(3) At last,the comprehensive tester was test.Comparing the testing data with the standard instruments,the result shows that most of the measuring index meet the design requirements, in addition to the individual testing project with a certain deviation. Particularly, for the phenomenon of temperature measurement value is larger than the standard's in temperature and humidity test, the possible reasons for the error were analyzed and verified,then put forward the improvement scheme on the structure.
