Traffic information platform can for information resources sharing and utilization, improve the efficiency of traffic operation, so as to improve the traffic environment situation.According to the software engineering theory, parking information management as the breakthrough point, using the completion of the B/S architecture to develop the city parking integrated management platform based on the development. The paper firstly review the process of Traffic Information Platform's creation and development so as to definitude the information platform's status and the function in the entire transportation system,than through the various functional modules of the soft system design platform, based on possible parking information in the data type is used to store the type of database.In the system of parking integrated management platform realization part, this paper gives the description of the actual source of interface and interface field after the development of the program, each data module call detail.The system has been used in the parking lot of HUST.This paper from the needs analysis, data flow to the function module design, to the final realization of the development and introduces the whole development process of parking integrated management platform, this system through the parking information data up link and downlink control display is an important part of software testing and service system of the whole real-time traffic information terminal.
