The electronically controlled rotor is a new concept of rotor control system,has many advantages, representing the development direction of a new generation of rotor. However, as the core components of the helicopter, electronically controlled rotor electrical system instead of the traditional mechanical control lines, its reliability problems must be attach great importance, otherwise will endanger the flight safety. Based on the research model of rotor system as object, this paper referring to the redundant design technology of flight control system, the redundancy technology of electronically controlled rotor is studied. The main content of the thesis is as follows:(1) Based on the analysis of the flight control system of the foreign typical redundant technology, combined with the actual situation of model electronically controlled rotor system, put forward based on the FPGA arbitration mechanism similar to two redundant control system design scheme, and analyses the reliability of the scheme.(2) According to the sensor part of model electronically controlled rotor system, puts forward a set of sensor data voting fusion hardware design scheme and the data fusion strategy, and based on the LMS method is introduced into prediction of data fusion strategy is improved. Through simulation and experiment validate the correctness of the improved data fusion strategy vote and sensor data fusion hardware design scheme is effective.(3) According to the controller part of model electronically controlled rotor system, based on DSP C6747 task function module of the controller is designed, including task unit self-check and synchronization module, and each functional module of DSP was tested. Further design the controller based on FPGA arbitration monitoring, fault detection, switch output channel such as redundant management function module, and the module was tested. Finally put forward by this paper is verified based on the FPGA arbitration mechanism similar to two redundant control system design scheme of electric control of rotor is used to model feasibility.
