The Electronically Controlled Rotors With the automatic recliner eliminated,the pitch of each blade is no longer constrained by it and can be independently controlled.Not only can replace the automatic tilters to achieve 1? High-order harmonic pitch control for rotor vibration and noise control.In this paper,aiming at the active vibration and noise control technology of electronically controlled rotor,the main research work includes the following contents:(1)In order to optimize the objective of minimizing the frequency of hub-passing vibration and minimizing the load noise in the rotor plane,the quadratic optimal target performance function and the global control of the rotor are proposed based on the adaptive control method in helicopter active vibration control Model,the Kalman filter algorithm is used to identify the mathematical model of the control channel of the system.An active control method of vibration reduction / noise reduction for the electronically controlled rotor is proposed.The convergence and robustness of the algorithm are also analyzed.(2)The proposed active control algorithm is simulated based on MATLAB.First,based on the test data,the mathematical model of the control channel is obtained by the method of parameter estimation.The simulation of the vibration and noise reduction of the electronically controlled rotor is carried out based on the uncontrolled data obtained from the experiment.The feasibility and effectiveness of the control algorithm are verified by simulation.And emphatically analyzed the correlation coefficient in the control algorithm and identified the initial value of the variance on the control effect.(3)A feasible scheme of active control of vibration and noise of electrically-controlled rotor is designed.The code of active control algorithm is completed based on TI C2000 processor.The software of vibration and noise monitoring and control of electronic control rotor is improved,and the software and hardware development In a number of key technical issues were analyzed.(4)Based on the existing electric rotor comprehensive test rig,the active control experiment of the vibration and noise of the electrically controlled rotor under the condition of hovering and wind tunnel is carried out.Through the comparison and analysis of the test results,it is shown that based on the active control method proposed in this paper,the vibration and noise reduction of the electronic control rotor can be realized alone or at the same time.
