The Electrically Controlled Rotor (ECR), or so-called Swashplateless Rotor, is a new conceptrotor system, and represents the development direction of a new generation rotor. In this dissertation, research works on the adaptive control of the ECR pitch were carried out, which mainly made use ofonline identification method research the balde pitch control in time domain and frequency domain. The primary control and higher harmonics control (HHC) vibration capability of ECR wereverificated.(1) The improved algorithms which are scaling factor method and constrained weight functionmethod can enhance accuracy of the identification and robustness and stability of the control algorithm, then the frequency pitch adaptive control was proposed, convergence of the control algorithm weretheoretically deducted and analyzed.(2) The simulation arithmetic of the adaptive control algorithm was conducted byMATLAB/SIMULINK. The simulation results verified the correctness and effectiveness of theproposed blade pitch control algorithm. And the effects of some important parameter to the controlsystem were studied.(3) In order to validation the pitch control algorithm, a set of measurement and control softwarewas developed. Experiments of the blade pitch control were carried out in hover.compared the timedomain control algorithm with the frequency domain control algorithm for advantages andshortcoming.(4) The problem that the primary control and HHC active vibration was achieved by ECR. HHCtime domain adaptive control law based on FX-LMS algorithm and higher-order harmonics frequencydomain adaptive control law based global identification were proposed. Theoretical deductions andsimulations of two control methods were performed. Experiments of ECR HHC active vibrationcontrol base on time domain adaptive control law were carried out in hover, the test results verifiedECR can achiece the primary control and HHC vibration control.
