With society's progress and the development of science and technology, the continuous improvement of the national economy, the emergence of large complex structures has become an inevitable trend, but in the process of construction and operation period of a variety of factors, these large and complex structure in construction and operation safety accident rates are relatively high, how to reduce this kind of accident, early warning information and do preparation in advance, to ensure the smooth progress of the construction to ensure the structure safety use, structural health monitoring is particularly important. In this paper first introduces the structural health monitoring and construction process simulation analysis of some commonly used methods, provided the basis for behind the study. Then according to Fuxin city planning exhibition hall, museum, exhibition hall the engineering background of such a large, complex structure, the research has been done, and the detailed content as follows.(1) According to the structure characteristics, the actual construction situation and control target, building structural health monitoring system, including the post-tensioned prestressed and prestressed beam deflection monitoring, vertical support system of horizontal displacement monitoring and the overall structural subsidence monitoring. According to technical requirements of the monitoring, determine the monitoring programme, measuring points layout programme and select the corresponding monitoring equipments.(2) Visual measurement equipment used for the geometric deformation of the whole structure and the construction of the prestressed structure for more than a year of surveillance, monitoring completes the geometry of the monitoring network layout and review, in the process of subsidence and deformation monitoring to ensure accuracy, prestress monitoring data updated in real time analysis, feedback to the owner, contractor and supervision of monitoring results, feedback the health status of the structure. And analysis the results of monitoring.(3) Using the finite element software MIDAS/GEN simulate prestressed tensioning the reference beam deformation in the process, the numerical simulation results with the measured values were compared, to analysis the indicators in the process of stress and tension construction. Study on the natural vibration characteristics of overall structure and extract the steel structure in the first 10 order frequency and vibration mode to analysis the results.Finally, After summarizing the research work done in this paper, some important conclusions put forward. For the future similar structure construction to provide the related experience.
