On the purpose of survive and development, the construction enterprise must strengthen and improve its construction project cost management.Although around the construction project cost management research is not a new topic, ancient building construction enterprises and the relevant domestic scholars research topic, has long been involved in antique construction and repair of ancient engineering cost management, and has been applied to practical cost management based on the results of the study, however, most of previous studies based on the fixed budget and accounting concept of thinking, not around the construction process of decision factors into the process of construction project cost estimation and control, management effect is unsatisfactory.Based on the basic idea of the multi-factor integrated management, through to the antique building construction and the construction of the main process in the process of ancient building repair choice and correlation analysis between cost, reveals the influence of archaize building and ancient architecture restoration project cost of the key factors, and from the Angle of cost reduction, put forward the corresponding countermeasures, hoping to improving our country ancient building construction enterprise level of construction project cost control.This article research results applied to the engineering case, the practice can prove that: first, by drawing up reasonable construction scheme, construction process can be optimized, reducing the consumption of production factors; Secondly, by strengthening the purchasing management, can reduce the unit price of factors of production; Third, on the basis of the effective control of consumption and the unit price, can realize the archaize building construction and ancient architecture restoration project cost effective control.
