| In recent years,the government has been vigorously promoting fabricated buildings,with numerous incentive policies and a series of standard atlas of the fabricated building.However,given the current situation of China’s construction market,the industry scale and development of fabricated buildings are restricted by various factors,especially the one that the cost of fabricated buildings is higher than that of traditional cast-in-place buildings,which can not fully take the advantage of fabricated buildings,therefore,the development of fabricated buildings is limited.From this point of view,the cost analysis and control of fabricated buildings have become the focus and hotspot in the research of fabricated buildings.First of all,this paper introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the development of prefabricated buildings in China.It also involves the current research status of cost analysis and control of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad,as well as the development and research status of BIM at home and abroad.Secondly,relevant theories and concepts are concluded,summarized and refined to provide the theoretical basis for its cost analysis and control research.Then,this paper discusses the cost of traditional architectural composition and prefabricated construction,and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)was applied to the analysis of cost affecting factors of a prefabricated construction example to establish the hierarchical model,which has three factors of design,production transportation and hoisting construction as the criterion layer to determine the weight of each factor in each criterion layer and index layer,thus the main factors and secondary ones are concluded about the cost of the assembly construction type;Finally,according to the result of the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)in this paper,the control countermeasures of prefabricated construction cost are expounded.By using the BIM technology,it can control the cost of a prefabricated construction from the design stage,the stage of production transportation as well as the hoisting construction stage,which can achieve the cooperation,visualization and streamline of cost control,therefore,it can effectively control the cost of the prefabricated construction.The research results of this paper can not only be used for reference in the cost analysis and control of prefabricated buildings,but also provide some references for enterprises and governments to promote the development of prefabricated buildings. |
