Study On The Cost Of Ancient Buildings Repair Project In South China

As an important historical carrier,ancient architecture can reflect people's life and customs in history.At the same time,the construction technology of ancient buildings also provides an important reference for the development of modern architecture.However,most of the ancient buildings in China are brick and wood structures,which are vulnerable to surface damage,especially the high temperature and humid climate in South China area makes the ancient buildings more vulnerable to damage.Therefore,the maintenance and repair of ancient buildings is very urgent.However,the cost standard of ancient building renovation is mainly in the northern area,and there is no specific study on South China area,especially less relevant research.However,the difficulty of the construction cost of ancient buildings and the failure of corresponding quotas have greatly limited the maintenance and repair of ancient buildings.The main contents of this paper are as follows: there are many factors affecting the cost of ancient building renovation,including the relevant theories,regulations and principles of ancient building renovation,the process and technology of ancient building renovation,and so on.On the basis of summarizing relevant research,this paper summarizes the principles of ancient building renovation,and analyses the impact of laws and regulations on project cost.Then it summarizes the technological and technical problems in the renovation of ancient buildings,and analyses the technological factors affecting the cost.The renovation of ancient buildings in South China has its own characteristics and style,so the paper also analyses the characteristics of ancient buildings in South China and their renovation technology.Taking the cost management of Yao's ancestral temple renovation project as the main case,this paper makes a pertinent study on the scheme and technology adopted in the renovation.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the quota of the construction cost and the calculation of the quantity of the project of Yao's ancestral temple.Uncertainty calculation is another important factor in the cost management of ancient building renovation.In this paper,we use statistical analysis and Monte Carlo method to analyze and calculate the quantity and cost of the project in order to solve the problem of uncertainty in the cost of the project.To study the cost management of ancient building renovation projects,we should consider the constraints of the renovation laws and principles on the project cost,the influencing factors of the process and technology of the renovation projects on the project cost,and the analysis and evaluation of the uncertainties in the calculation of the quantity and quota of the renovation projects of ancient buildings.In this paper,different research and analysis methods are used to summarize the relevant principles,laws and regulations,engineering technology and technical characteristics that have an impact on the cost of ancient building repair project.The problems and influencing factors in the cost of ancient building repair project are summarized through relevant literature.The first is the summary of literature.The second is my summary in the process of participating in the construction cost of ancient building renovation.The most influential Monte Carlo method is used to analyze the uncertainties in the cost of renovation of ancient buildings in South China.
