| Smart substation is an important part of building a strong smart power grid.It realizes the unified collection of the whole network operation data,real-time information sharing,real-time control and intelligent regulation of the power grid,and supports the safe and stable operation of all levels of power grid and various advanced applications.The substation operation data is digitized from the source,and the structure of the secondary system is more compact,but at the same time,it also increases the uncontrollability of substation operation and maintenance and maintenance.Therefore,in order to ensure the reliable operation of intelligent substation,there are higher requirements for information sharing,information integration and system detection.Reasonable design of primary and secondary systems and visualization of online monitoring have become the focus of research study.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly carries out the following work:First of all,by summarizing and refining the key technologies of smart substation,the core content of the smart substation design protocol is mastered from the standard point of view,and the constraint function and configuration language of the secondary design of the substation are analyzed,which provides the design compliance criteria and theoretical basis for the primary and secondary design of smart substation.Starting from the network architecture of intelligent substation,the functional requirements and composition of the station control layer,the process layer,the interval layer,the merging unit and the intelligent terminal are introduced in detail to build the main framework for the design of the secondary system of intelligent substation.Comparing the differences between smart substation and traditional substation from the network architecture and equipment characteristics,the advantages of smart substation are clarified,which provides a basis for the selection of primary and secondary equipment of substation.Secondly,the primary equipment design of the whole station is completed according to the near and long-term construction scale of the substation planned by the system.The main wiring is determined by taking 2 groups of 750 MVA main transformers as the core.According to the short-circuit calculation results,complete the selection and configuration of the main electrical equipment.According to the requirements of the regulations,combined with the actual situation of the station,complete the design of power distribution devices of all voltage levels,and determine the requirements of lightning protection and grounding.Finally,using the structure of "three layers and two networks",according to the IEC61850 communication standard to complete the design and configuration of the secondary part of the substation,complete the station of the main transformer,lines,circuit breakers,bus and supporting equipment station control layer,interval layer and process layer hardware network design,to achieve the operation state and information between intelligent electronic equipment interaction and transmission.According to the network structure,the SCD file configuration and verification in the station are completed,and the online monitoring and visualization of secondary equipment are realized.Based on the above system,the event description,action logic and fault waveform of the typical short circuit fault are recorded and analyzed,and the rationality of the system design is verified.In conclusion,this article is based on load requirements,in combination with the practical situation of substation,completion of the total station system,secondary system design for intelligent station of secondary equipment upgrades and system optimization,on-line monitoring technology application combined with visualization research,implementation of total station equipments comprehensive control,and through the fault example to verify the rationality of the design. |
