With the continuously improvement of urbanization and economy level of China,more and more cities are qualified to develop rail transit.Facing the increasingly serious urban traffic problems,local urban planning departments have chosen to use large capacity,fast,high efficient and ecological urban rail transit as key methods to solve urban problems.However,through researches and practices,people found that the significance of rail transit on urban development has been far more than simple transportation;it has far-reaching effect on urban spatial expansion and urban time structure optimization.In order to solve the various urban problems caused by rapid urbanization and optimizing the allocation of urban resources at the same time,taking advantages of urban rail transit,carding and optimizing the urban space-time structure through the development of urban rail network have already become an important subject of urban spatial planning.And it has important practical significance for the sustainable development of the city.Time and space structure of the city constitute a three-dimensional characteristic of urban form.Analyzing and grasping urban transportation and urban space issues from the perspective of urban space-time structure can help discover the major cause of urban problems.The thesis is based on the perspective of urban space-time structure optimization,taking the land use of Guiyang Rail Transit Line 1 and line 2 as the research object,using the related theory of city rail transit and city planning,combined with cases of domestic and overseas rail transportation planning project to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of current urban rail transit planning in China.Explore the appropriate land use planning strategy of Guiyang urban rail transit area according to the characteristics of Guiyang urban space and put the strategy into practice at the mean time.The thesis aims to optimize the space-time pattern of Guiyang city with the help of rail transit construction.An also go further to provide planning strategies and new ideas for land use planning in the urban rail transit areas in the provincial capital of China and above.Moreover,hope to play a certain important role in the future practice.Above all,this paper is divided into the following major four chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of the thesis.This part mainly introduces the origin,research background,research purpose,and research significance;defines the related concepts and research objects.Through the studying of domestic and foreign related researches,the author found that the existing researches have lots of shortcomings.So this study will point out the direction to continue researching this topic.The second chapter is talking about related theories and case studies.This part mainly studies the related theories of the rail transit planning,the related cases and the influence of rail transit on urban development in three aspects.Through this part of the study,the author found that China has not fully played the leading role of rail transit.The rail transit is still mainly acting as a passive solution in the process of urban transport problems in the current stage.The third chapter,which is the core part of the thesis,is researching on the optimization strategy of land use planning along the rail transit.Through the study of the first two chapters,the author found that the land use optimization planning along the urban rail transit should develop relevant strategies based on the following three levels: the coordination of rail transit planning and related planning,the optimization of space-time structure of old urban area,new urban area and urban fringe area,and the land use optimization that based on urban comprehensive resource assessment.The final chapter is practical application.Apply the above-mentioned optimization strategy into the planning project: the land use planning along the Guiyang Urban Rail Transit Line 1 and line 2,propose urban planning strategies that fit the Guiyang City characteristics.
