Remanufacturing is a kind of recycling process,which turns used components to “like-new” through advanced surface engineering technology.Remanufacturing of used products have great realistic significance on resource saving and environment protection.Process route optimization of remanufacturing is a key link of scrap parts remanufacturing,which is also a key technology to reflect remanufacturing level.With the support of the National Key Technology R&D Program of China,the National Natural Science Foundation of China,and the Youth Science and Technology Program of Wuhan,this thesis focuses on the study of remanufacturing process route optimization from the perspective of failure characteristic of used parts.First of all,the status and tendency of remanufacturing and optimization of remanufacturing process route at home or abroad are introduced.The influence of uncertainties of damage type and degree on remanufacturing process is analyzed.Frame system of optimization of remanufacturing process route based on failure characteristic is established.Secondly,combining with generation mechanism of different failure characteristic,extraction model of failure characteristic for used parts based on fault tree analysis(FTA)is built.According to damage quantity of wear,crack and corrosion,method of quantitative analysis for failure characteristic based on fuzzy evaluation and approach of recondition scheme reasoning for failure characteristic based on rule reasoning are proposed.Reduction model of remanufacturing process route based on directed graph is presented.Thirdly,optimization problem of remanufacturing process route is analyzed systematically.Taking the remanufacturing system resource,recondition process and process parameter as the constrain premise.Combining the damage quantity of failure characteristic,a multi-objective optimization model is established which takes the remanufacturing time,cost and energy consumption as the optimization objectives.The weight coefficients are introduced to transform it into a single objective optimization model and a hybrid method combined genetic algorithm(GA)and artificial neural network(ANN)is applied to solve it.Finally,the feasibility of the optimization method of remanufacturing process route for used parts based on failure characteristic is verified,which takes a remanufacturing worm as a case.
